She began her dental journey by joining the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program in 2003. Driven by a passion for advanced periodontal care, she pursued her Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Periodontology and Implantology, joining the postgraduate program in 2019. During her MDS, she was honored with the Student Research Award (2019) in recognition of her research and academic contribution.
Believing that learning never stops, Dr. Pandey continually enhances her expertise through advanced training. In 2026, she completed specialized training in Corticobasal and Modern Implantology under the guidance of Dr. Virendra, strengthening her skills in immediate loading protocols and complex implant rehabilitation. In June 2026, she completed an Advanced Facial Aesthetics Course, expanding her expertise in minimally invasive facial rejuvenation and smile enhancement.
Her clinical expertise includes periodontal therapy, dental implants, corticobasal implantology, gum surgeries, regenerative periodontal procedures, cosmetic gum treatments, smile enhancement, facial aesthetics, and comprehensive preventive dentistry. She believes in preserving natural teeth whenever possible while offering advanced restorative solutions that deliver predictable, long-lasting results.
As the Founder of Dentique – The Dental Studio, Dr. Pandey has established two state-of-the-art clinics, located in Talegaon Dabhade and Mohammedwadi Road, Pune. Both centers are equipped with modern technology and designed to provide comprehensive, ethical, and patient-focused dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
